Returns Policy
Due to the natture of tattoo products and industry saftey and hygiene standards, certain items are not eligible for return. Please review the return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Tattoo Ink
- Tattoo needle and cartridges
- Tattoo Machines
- Tattoo Anesthetics (numbing creams, sprays, etc.)
Eligible Returns
You may return new, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund upon approval. Please contact us for apporval before shipping item. The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
Additional Terms
All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
Exchanges are not avalible. Eligiable items may be returned for store credit only.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued by orignal form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non refundable.
Order Error & Damange Policy
Any order errors, missing items, or product damages must be reported with 7 days from the delivery date.
Claims must include the following:
- Order number
- Photo of product(s), packaging, and shipping label.
- If damage was caused by carrier, a claim is not eligible.
- Verified claims will result in a replacement or store credit for affected item only.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
